问一个触摸屏的问题，我的触摸屏用一次就失灵是什么缘故？

我的屏硬重启后刚开始可以用的，但是操作了一下别的东西就挂了。软重启没有用，斜了电池等电放完后，硬重启，进去还是可以的，用了一次后又不行了。我想是不是驱动没装好，还是和什么程序冲突，是不是试刷一下别的版本会变好。我的软件版本是TREO750－2.25－ATT，固件版本1.54.25.00，用的WM6.1（内部版本号5.2.19202）。期待高手指点
